Information you provide
If you create a member account, Promptesy collects the name, email address and password information you submit. Passwords are stored as one-way password hashes rather than plain text.
If you post a prompt rating or comment, the account name and the content you choose to publish are stored so the community feature can work.
Website and technical information
The site may receive IP address, browser information, device type, referring page, requested URL and timestamps for security, diagnostics, abuse prevention and aggregate site analytics.
Prompt and article views, copies and other first-party interaction totals may be recorded to understand which content is useful and to improve the library.
Cookies and similar technologies
Promptesy may use essential session cookies for authentication and account functionality. Optional analytics or advertising technologies may also set cookies or similar identifiers when those services are enabled.
Google services and advertising
If Google Analytics is enabled, Google may process website usage information under its own terms and privacy policies. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to provide and measure advertising.
How information is used
We use information to operate accounts, provide member features, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain website security, understand content performance and improve the Promptesy experience. We do not use member passwords for advertising.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information as a standalone data business. Information may be processed by hosting, analytics, advertising, security or email service providers when necessary to operate the website, or disclosed when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Retention and security
Account information is retained while the account is active and for reasonable operational, legal or security needs after closure. Community content may remain visible when necessary for the integrity of the site unless removed under an applicable policy. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may stop using the site, request account-related assistance or contact us about personal information associated with your account. Where legally required, we will handle applicable access, correction or deletion requests.

Links to AI tools, social networks and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. Review those policies before submitting personal information to a third party.
