Please read these terms carefully before using Promptesy.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Promptesy (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Use of the Site
Promptesy provides a free library of AI prompts intended for personal, educational and commercial use. You may browse, copy and use any published prompt. You agree not to:
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to bulk-download or republish the Site's content without permission;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its admin systems, or its database;
- Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content;
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Site, including its advertising or analytics.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site's design, branding, logo, layout and original written content are owned by Promptesy and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. The individual prompts published on the Site are made available for you to freely use as inputs to third-party AI tools. This does not grant you rights to republish the Site's underlying codebase, design, or database as your own product.
4. Third-Party AI Tools
Promptesy is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Midjourney, or any other AI provider referenced on the Site. Trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes. Your use of any third-party AI tool is governed by that provider's own terms and policies, not ours.
5. No Warranty on Prompt Output
Prompts are provided "as is." AI tools can produce inaccurate, biased, or unexpected output even when given a well-written prompt. We do not guarantee that any prompt will produce a specific result, and we are not responsible for how you use the output generated by any AI tool.
6. Advertising
The Site is supported in part by advertising, including third-party advertising networks such as Google AdSense. Advertisements are served by third parties who may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promptesy and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any content, prompt, or AI-generated output obtained through it.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Site, in whole or in part, for any user found to be violating these Terms, without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction in which Promptesy operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
